WEE School Staff

Crystal Setzer is the Lead Teacher and the Two Year Old Teacher for the WEE School. Crystal is from Charlotte and has been in Washington since April 2009. She is married to Rev. Scott Setzer, and they have two children, Hope and Levi. Crystal's favorite verses are: "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him and He will direct your path" (Proverbs 3:5-6).

Gloria Tripp is the Four Year Old Teacher for the WEE School. Gloria has three sons, one daughter, eithteen grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren. She is retired from Beaufort County Schools with 28 years of service. Gloria has taught at WEE School since 2006. She loves every minute of watching her students grow and learn, and helping prepare them for kindergarten. Gloria is a member of St. John Missionary Baptist Church where she sings in the church choir and works with the youth.

Robin Jackson is the Three Year Old Teacher for the WEE School. Robin is married to Chance, and she has one daughter and two sons. Robin is beginning her third year at First Baptist WEE School. He goal is to complete her degree in Elementary Education from ECU. She loves children and teaching.

Marianna Jackson is the Assistant Teacher for the WEE Shcool. She is married to Bobby, and she has twin sons and four step-children. Marianna loves children, animals, and reading. She is retired from Beaufort COunty Schools with thrity years of service. This is her first year at First Baptist WEE School, and we hope she is around for many more.
